Arcade machines in a room
Apple has added nine new games to its Arcade collection, giving players a chance to have more fun while playing.
In a press release on 5 June, the tech giant said it has expanded its dynamic catalog of more than 200 games with exciting new additions, all without ads or in-app purchases.
Bringing gaming fun
Among others, Arcade now has a new take on Mattel’s classic card game UNO available on the service with UNO: Arcade Edition.
It features three modes, including Single Player with classic UNO rules, Quick Match, and Custom Games that feature special twists like Wild Swap Hands and Color Showdown, making it possible to enjoy any way you want.
Others are a spatial adaptation of the 2024 D.I.C.E. Awards’ Mobile Game of the Year, WHAT THE CAR? for Apple Vision Pro; physics-based racing game LEGO Hill Climb Adventures+; wholesome interactive adventure Lost in Play+; and hit 3D arcade game Helix Jump+.
Additionally, Angry Birds Bounce, a new take on one of the most iconic mobile game series of all time with over 5 billion lifetime downloads, is one of four games launching on July 3.
This blends Angry Birds’ classic slingshot gameplay with arcade-style brick-breaker mechanics, bringing an all-new adventure full of chaotic charm and action-packed fun for players.
Bryan Cook, Angry Birds Bounce game lead at Rovio said:
“Angry Birds Bounce reinvents the classic Angry Birds formula with a vertical twist, refreshing the gameplay while staying true to the brand’s DNA. We are thrilled to bring this new experience exclusively to Apple Arcade, featuring the largest roster of Angry Birds characters ever, and we can’t wait to see our players’ reactions to this new title.”
Other games launching on July 3 are Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance TD+, Suika Game+, and Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pets+.

In addition to the new games, players can look forward to brand-new updates to their favorite Arcade games, playable across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro.
