Automaker Acura has unveiled a brand new car model known as Acura ADX, which is the latest addition to the company’s lineup of premium compact SUVs.
In a press release on 14, the company said the vehicle is the first Acura premium compact SUV to have a starting manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $35,000
Exciting features
The car comes with several exciting features as one would expect. It is turbocharged with Panoramic moonroof, 15-speaker Bang and Olufsen sound system, ventilated front seats and Google built-in5 among other premium features..
The sporty car model also features safety technology including the AcuraWatch, a suite of advanced safety and driver-assistive technologies, proprietary ACE body structure, and next-generation front driver and passenger airbags.
Commenting on the brand new car model, Mike Langel, assistant vice president, Acura National Sales said:
“The turbocharged Acura ADX is an exciting addition to our SUV lineup, a new gateway model that will welcome young buyers to our performance brand. Millennials and Gen Z are fast entering the premium market looking for youthful styling, premium features and a fun, engaging driving experience at an affordable price point, and that’s exactly what the new Acura ADX is all about.”
The compact SUV also comes with a moonroof, heated front seats, dual-zone climate controls, rear air conditioning vents, a power tailgate with Walk Away Close, and 18-inch alloy wheels.
It also has a 10.2-inch Acura Precision Cockpit, digital instrument display, and a 9-inch color touchscreen with a physical volume knob.
Other features are wireless Apple CarPlay3 and Android Auto4 compatibility, Wi-Fi Hotspot capability and a Qi-compatible 15W wireless smartphone charger.
Different specs
The new Acura model comes in six different specs, depending on the buyer. “A-Spec” and “A-Spec with Advance Package” are for buyers who desire an even sportier appearance with 19 inch wills and other features.
“ADX A-Spec” adds premium features to the cabin with Ultrasuede seat trim, a panoramic moonroof, and ventilated front seats.
“ADX A-Spec with Advance Package” has gloss black mirrors, Berlina Black 19-inch wheels and a class-leading abundance of other premium features.
