Once again, Jeep has been pronounced America’s most patriotic brand among the 1,350 competitors in an annual Brand Keys survey, making it the 24th consecutive year that the popular off-road brand, which debuted in World War II, has won the award.
Indeed, consumers assessed the brands in the Brand Keys Most Patriotic Brands survey to choose the one that best embodies the value of patriotism in 2025, and Jeep has come out as the winner for nearly a quarter century straight, according to a press release from May 14.
Commenting on the latest development, the Jeep brand’s CEO Bob Broderdorf shared his company’s excitement and gratitude at “the connection customers have to our brand and the vital values it represents for them.”
Why Jeep is the most patriotic brand
Specifically, explaining the possible reasoning behind Jeep’s perceived patriotism, Robert Passikoff, president and founder of Brand Keys, said that:
“Jeep is seen as the most patriotic because it connects emotionally charged ideas of freedom, military heritage, adventure, and rugged individualism to the American spirit. When it comes to Jeep, consumers aren’t just buying a vehicle – they’re affirming a true cultural identity.”
It may also have to do with the Jeep brand’s military incentive program, which gives out select military personnel bonus cash to use toward specific Jeep brand vehicles. The eligible individuals include active, active reserve, retired military, retired military reserve, 100% disabled veteran, and honorably discharged veterans, within 12 months of discharge date.
Meanwhile, other brands that made it into the top 10 in terms of their patriotism include Ford, Coca-Cola, Levi Strauss, Apple, Walmart, Disney, Harley Davidson, Amazon, and Ralph Lauren, while the rest of the top 50 most patriotic list will be available on June 9, 2025.
Interestingly, the survey participants rated brand patriotism higher than that of the Presidency, Congress, the Supreme Court, or the two National Political Committees. That said, the US armed services, including the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, Navy, and Space Force, remain in the leading position in this regard.
